Functional Food

 The functional foods are highly nutritious and associated with a number of powerful health benefits. Their correct use may protect against disease, prevent nutrient deficiencies, and promote proper growth and development . Enhydro Science has developed microalgae biomass with balanced ratio of proteins and active antioxidant carotenoids .

Production of Astaxantin in good yield in the Green Phase

Bioactive Natural Products

Enhydro Science  aims to generate a series of  microalgae strains  that stable incorporate and express bioactive molecule also from different origins (fish, humans, animals) to treat antibiotic resistance and bowel disorders among others.
